How do I get a quotation for a cleaning service?
You can obtain a quotation for any of our cleaning services through the Request Form on this website.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment and materials?
We provide all equipment and materials required, unless otherwise agreed.
Is there a minimum booking for regular domestic cleaning services?
All our domestic cleaning services require a minimum booking of 2 hours.
How do I pay?
You can pay in a variety of ways, including standing order, cash or direct debit.
Is Swiftly Cleans insured?
Yes, we have full public liability and employers liability insurance.
Is your work guaranteed?
Totally! In the unlikely event you are not absolutely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours' of the service, and we’ll either re-perform that service or we may provide you with a full or partial refund.
What if something gets broken?
Firstly, we are fully insured. If you have any items which are particularly delicate or irreplaceable, or of high sentimental value, please let us know at our initial meeting so we can discuss your requirements. As you’d expect, we treat your possessions with the utmost care. In the highly unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, a notification in writing will be left and we will endeavour to contact you immediately.
What quality control is there?
Our quality assurance system starts with the high level of training and motivation that all our cleaners possess. Senior management will carry out regular spot checks. And of course we will check with you and welcome all feedback.
Cancellation?
Please let us know as far in advance as possible. If we have no communication for less than 24 hours' notice, we may be obligated to charge the full price. For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours' notice, we may charge up to half the fee. The reason for this is we are unable to re-assign staff on such short notice.
